Saturday evening, we went to the Nats-Phillies game. It was awesome.
After the game, we went to the Bull Pen to see a friend's band play. They rocked! They did some awesome covers and we danced and danced.
We danced so much, I danced right out of my flip flops. They broke. Irreparably.
THANK GOODNESS for j.crew online ordering and end-of-summer deals! These beauties were delivered to me today (I ordered them on Sunday!) Whew, I don't have to be without black platform flip flops for the rest of the summer. WHEW!
On a side note, sometimes I'm bitter that I'm only 5' 4.5" and I have size 9 feet. It's a cruel joke. Probably why I fall a lot, too.
